Advanced Tutorial: How to Upload Custom Variables via Spreadsheet

If you have added custom variables to the root data type that you expect to upload to, you will notice that the UI for the XNAT CSV Uploader does not natively support them. This documentation shows you a workaround. However, it must be performed by an XNAT Administrator with SSH access to the XNAT file system.
