Data Access API

The Data Access API was primarily written as an internal service to be consumed by UI developers. It contains a series of endpoints that return user-relevant listings of projects, datatypes, and other core XNAT data concepts to provide a more user-friendly experience. These listings are cached to improve UI rendering performance, but these caches can be cleared to reflect the addition of new datatypes or other user-relevant data.
