XNAT Catalog API

The XNAT Catalog API, sometimes called the "Archive and Resource Management API", provides paths to manage catalog entries for tracking experiment resources. This set of APIs is commonly used to refresh or fix broken catalogs that can result from incomplete data processing or direct file management on the file system. It can also be used to modernize catalog entries for data imported on legacy XNAT versions.
