Usage

The JupyterHub plugin for XNAT interfaces with JupyterHub to spawn Jupyter notebooks containers for XNAT users. It gives users access to a pre-configured XNAT data science environment for Jupyter.

This documentation is a guide to XNAT users for launching Jupyter notebook servers from XNAT. This documentation assumes you are on an XNAT with the JupyterHub and the JupyterHub plugin already setup.
