The first public release of the XNAT OHIF Viewer was labeled "v2.0" and was built on XNAT 1.7.4.1. XNAT Administrators will want to closely monitor version compatibility issues between XNAT and their installed plugins.
XNAT OHIF Plugin Compatibility with XNAT
The ROI Collection data type plugin was required for early versions of the viewer, but should not be used with version 3.0 and higher. The previous plugin should be removed, as it may cause compatibility issues that could potentially prevent your XNAT instance from starting up correctly.
