XNAT File Server API

This document lists essential API functions that should be supported by XNAT Repository Manager and relevant to interaction with XND Frontend and XNAT File Server.
NOTE: at this stage, user security model implies that all calls are done locally, so no additional authentication happens between Repository manager and its client.(For most up-to-date function details, see javadoc for org.nrg.xnat.repository.RepositoryManager)
