XNAT 1.9.3.3 / CS 3.8.0 Release Announcement

The releases of XNAT 1.9.3.3 and Container Service 3.8.0 enable increased efficiencies in running XNAT at scale, for both importing image data, running processing containers, and triggering automations via the Event Service while handling large volumes of files.

Updates in XNAT 1.9.3.3:

  • Bugfixes to scan merging and naming logic and resilience to custom routing in the Prearchive following a system restart.

  • Added efficiencies in handling large volumes of files during upload and archiving.

  • Improvements to mounting shared files for use in the Container Service and JupyterHub.

  • Added efficiencies when handling event subscriptions during high volume data transactions.

Updates in Container Service 3.8.0:

  • UI improvements to orchestration and “Run” menu command selection

  • Enable logs to be viewable by project members, via configuration
