XNAT 1.9.3.4 Released

XNAT 1.9.3.4 contains a series of critical bugfixes and improvements affecting performance and accuracy of counts for all XNATs, with an emphasis on fixing issues diagnosed on large-scale XNAT instances. These improvements are also slated for release in XNAT 1.10.0, which is impending.

Improvements include:

• Updated handling of data events that trigger calculations of user-specific counts of available data (i.e. what items should show up in the Browse > Data menu, among other things)

• Fixed bugs when downloading files with non-ASCII characters in their filenames

• Resolved a page-rendering issue that affected Admin UI pages on the latest versions of Tomcat (9.0.116+)

• Correctly identified Breast Tomography data as MG scan modality and session type
